Ages 19 and Up

The Elizabethtown Soccer Club UPSL Team represents the highest level of competition within our club and serves as the final step in our Youth-to-Pro Player Pathway. As Elizabethtown Soccer Club continues to grow, our long-term vision is to establish a United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) team that provides talented players with the opportunity to compete at a high level while remaining connected to their local club and community.

From First Touch to First Team

Our mission is to create a complete player development pathway-from a child's first touch in Flight School, through Recreation, Youth Academy, and Classic, and ultimately into the adult game. The UPSL team will provide aspiring players with an environment that bridges the gap between youth soccer, collegiate competition, and the professional game.

While the dream of playing professionally inspires many of our players, Elizabethtown Soccer Club places equal importance on preparing student-athletes for success in higher education. We believe the pursuit of collegiate soccer provides life-changing opportunities, and our development model is designed to help players reach their athletic, academic, and personal goals.

Every player's pathway is unique, and our commitment is to help each individual maximize their potential-whether that leads to college soccer, the professional ranks, or a lifelong passion for the game.

Developing Complete Players

Our coaching philosophy emphasizes technical excellence, tactical understanding, character development, and a professional training environment that challenges players to improve every day. We are committed to developing complete players who compete with confidence, represent our club with pride, and embody the values of Elizabethtown Soccer Club.

In exceptional circumstances, highly talented players under the age of 19 may be invited to train and be evaluated with the UPSL team. Placement is determined solely by the club's coaching staff based on the player's ability, physical and emotional readiness, and long-term development.

Any player under the age of 19 must have written parent or guardian consent before participating in UPSL evaluations or training sessions.

Club Fees & Uniforms

• Team Fees are broken into installments per season
• $90 club resource fee
• Fee does not include Elizabethtown Soccer Club kits. Every player must purchase their kits through the Flite Sportswear website
• Fees determined at a later date - factors effecting fees include but are not limited to seasonal referee costs, seasonal league play costs, and travel costs (all are divided amongst all members of their respective team).

UPSL Trial Application

Thank you for your interest in joining the Elizabethtown Soccer Club UPSL Team. We are committed to building a competitive environment that develops talented players, exceptional teammates, and leaders who positively represent our club and community.

The UPSL program is intended for players who demonstrate the ability, commitment, and character to compete at a high level while embracing the values of Elizabethtown Soccer Club. Every player who joins our first team is expected to pursue excellence on and off the field.

There are two ways a player may be considered for a trial with the Elizabethtown Soccer Club UPSL Team:

1. Invitation by the Coaching Staff – Players may be identified through club programming, scouting, or recommendations and invited to participate in a trial.
2. Open Trial Application – Interested players may submit a trial application for consideration. Applications are reviewed by the coaching staff, and selected players will be contacted with additional information regarding upcoming trial opportunities.

Please note: Submission of a trial application does not guarantee an invitation to participate in a trial. All invitations are extended at the discretion of the Elizabethtown Soccer Club coaching staff based on the needs of the team and the player's qualifications.
